A second use case goes even further, diagnosing problems by comparing them to similar issues across other breweries worldwide.
You might feel tempted to dismiss this as something only a giant can afford.
… And that would be a mistake.
The main play here is leveraging institutional knowledge.
AI is only the means (and you have it too).
Heinie decided that its accumulated operational knowledge is too precious to continue living in binders, PDFs, tribal lore, or the heads of a few sage vets. So they’re turning operations into a living reference system that teaches consistency in real time.
